Cancellation penalties Cancelling is only allowed under extreme circumstances as it’s extremely disruptive for guests with young children. It is the property b manager's responsibility to suggest an alternate home. There is no penalty however multiple cancellations may result in terminating the partnership.

Bookings can increase by offering amenities or features very specific and unique to families, for example:

  • childcare from an english-speaking nanny

  • a swingset or play area

  • an indoor rock climbing wall

Being responsive to messages also increases conversion. And concierge services. After that, a pool, a beach, a garden, or access to a park. Games and toys in the home are desired, as well.

Charges & Payments

Charging party Kid&Coe charges the guest and remits the payment to the host. Typically via credit card or a wire transfer. The payout is made on the Friday after the check-in.
